Hurt my Ulna! Help me out with any remedies

So l was opening a box at work. Left my box cutter at home, so l punched

the side in so l could peel the tape up. Well the box moved and l SMASHED

my ulna on the steel cutting table. It was all purple at first and hurt to

there is a grape under my skin.This gross bulge that hurts when anything

i hope your arm is feeling a bit better by now if not it might be wise to

see a doctor and even have an xray to make sure you have not cracked or

chipped the bone. the grape as you call it was possibly a collection

of blood under the skin due to the fact that you may have broken a small
