Hurt my Ulna! Help me out with any remedies
So l was opening a box at work. Left my box cutter at home, so l punched
the side in so l could peel the tape up. Well the box moved and l SMASHED
my ulna on the steel cutting table. It was all purple at first and hurt to
bend. It is been a day and the color is back to normal, but it looks like
there is a grape under my skin.This gross bulge that hurts when anything
touches it. Bruised bone? Any ideas? help.

i hope your arm is feeling a bit better by now if not it might be wise to
see a doctor and even have an xray to make sure you have not cracked or
chipped the bone. the grape as you call it was possibly a collection
of blood under the skin due to the fact that you may have broken a small
blood vessel and is more or less a bruise.
