WHAT MOVES SHOULD I TEACH SKARMORY AND BLAZIKEN
This is for EMERALD! My skarmory (lv.39) knows Steel
Wing Double Team Air Cutter Fly and my blaziken
(lv.40) knows
Overheat Double Kick Blaze kick Peck

Well, for ur Skarmory, it should either know Air Cutter, of
Fly, not both. You could replace one of them (and another move) for its
classic Spikes/Whirlwind combo, which forces Pokemon to switch out & take
damage as well. If not, then you could still throw in Spikes. You said
you wanted to keep Fly, so Air Cutter should go.
Blaziken should replace Double Kick with Skyuppercut (for obvious reasons). But he already knows 2 fire moves, so I would delete Blaze Kick. If you want to teach him Flamethrower, then delete Overheat, but you don't have to. Overheat can prove to be a reliable move, but if you're in need of better Fire PP, then go ahead & teach Flamethrower. Peck won't prove to be that useful as a Flying type attack due to its low power, so replace it with Arial Ace. For its final move, you've got some options. Here is its full list of possible TMs it can learn, but I would suggest something like Rock Tomb (to counter Flying) or Double Team/Sunny Day for support.
